Award Sponsorships

Best Paper Award Sponsorship

This award is presented to the individual judged by an awards committee to have written the best paper appearing in the annual conference proceedings. As part of this package, the award will be named after your organisation; and your name and logo will appear with other individual conference sponsors in the conference proceedings, conference website, and on the conference display board.

Best Student Paper Sponsorship

This award is presented to the individual judged by an awards committee to have written the best paper appear in the conference, specifically by a student. Benefits are as above.

Travel Award Sponsorship

The purpose of this award is to assist a student in a doctoral program in attending the TMiE’12 conference by covering travel expenses. This includes the cost of the airline ticket or equivalent, and transport to and from the conference. Grants will be named after their sponsors, and as with other award sponsorships the sponsor’s name and logo will appear in the conference proceedings, website and on the conference display board.

Exhibitor Opportunity

The conference organisers welcome organisations to exhibit at the conference without sponsoring any particular aspect of the event. By exhibiting at the conference, fantastic networking opportunities will be available to meet dedicated groups of researchers either working or studying in the field of Turkish migration. The internationally-known conference delegation will provide exhibitors with the opportunity to present their products and services to prospective new markets.

An exhibition booth with tables and chairs will be provided in the conference flyer area, where delegates will move from one session to another throughout the conference; and further facilities will be available on request.
